Launch of our new web based call logging Facility.
This month sees the launch of our much awaited web based call logging facility for all of our contract customers. The new system will allow you to log a call direct from our web site using your unique username and password and this call will automatically be logged into our bespoke helpdesk software allowing us to del with your request quicker and even more efficiently.
Following the logging of your request you will receive regular emails as your request is received, allocated to an engineer, updated and resolved. Later in the year we plan to incorporate the ability for the call status to be viewed online along with the history or all completed calls.
You can begin to use the system by requesting your unique username and password by email to Graham@atbltd.co.uk and by then using the link on our web site called customer login.
