Apology and a warning

Dear !fname

I must start this month by apologizing for the problems experienced last month with the distribution of our newsletter. It became clear to us following the release of January's edition that many of you didn't receive your copy and I thank all those who took the time to reply to my email allowing me to build up a good case against the company responsible for this. On a brighter note this has highlighted to ATB that we can supply a superior service than most of the companies currently supplying these services and this months edition comes to you free of any 3rd party involvement.

As a warning, if you are considering using a company for your email marketing and relationship campaign then you would do very well to avoid TheMediaBuzz.co.uk at all costs. If you want to hear more about my experience of this company then drop me an email and I will be happy to expand.

On to happier things and as we move into the 2nd month of the year and are a step closer to the summer with each passing day I again have tried to collate a selection of titbits which I hope you find interesting and enjoy reading.

Thank you.

Graham

New extension numbers and telephone options.

Thank you for all your positive feedback on the new phone system we have implemented into our office over the past few weeks. The system has been introduced to help us deal with your calls better and allows you to go directly through to the person you wish to speak to by entering their extension number at the prompt.

When requesting support from us we ask you to choose option 1 only as this will integrate with our call logging system and allow us to open a call quickly and deal with your request with a greater response.

Should you wish to talk directly to an engineer our extension numbers are as follows;

Graham 101
Rachel 102
Neil 103
Richard 104

I look forward to hearing your continued feedback

Web site design services from ATB

In the midst of the current downturn it is important that you are capturing every piece of business before your competitors and a strong online presence is essential for your business growth. Our web site design service can help you develop a professional web site encompassing striking design and innovative techniques built to increase traffic through your site and begin the relationship process with potential customers. A good web site should not just be about informing the reader of who you are and what you do, It should encourage them to interact with you and provide you with information about them and their needs.

If you site doesn't currently give the impression you want about your business and isn't generating around 80% of all of your new business leads then it is time for a redesign that does.

New shop front design

We are pleased to unveil this month the latest event in the re-branding of ATB with the new look of our Swanley office. This is the last stage on our branding activity and we are very pleased with the results. Let me know what you think.

Credit Crunch Beater

The credit crunch has affected many businesses in many ways and whilst it is a difficult time for everyone ATB have found that many larger companies are now looking to outsource their IT support rather than continue to employ expensive in house personnel.

Outsourcing your IT support to ATB will bring the many benefits including;

  • The flexibility of choosing how many days a week you require an engineer on site, reducing wasted time and money.
  • Benefit from the combined knowledgebase of all the ATB engineers rather than your one on site resource.
  • Multiple engineers with knowledge of your site eliminating disruption during holidays and sickness.
  • Reduced IT costs whilst increasing productivity and knowledge.
  • Flexible contract terms to meet the demands of the business's peaks and troughs.

Friends of ATB

During the recent difficulties I have had with various suppliers I thought it would be a good idea to introduce a section on the ATB web site where we could all recomend business suppliers. I would like to build up a selection of businesses we have all used in the past and would like to recommend to others because of their good service. You can find the list at !Link_feb3. If you would like to suggest a company to be added to the list then please drop me an email to Graham@atbltd.co.uk with their details and why you would like to recommend them.
